Can I receive leads for realestate.com.au "Coming Soon" listings ?
An REA Premiere+ subscription is required to be able to create this type of coming soon listing
We do support incoming leads for "Coming Soon" listings created on REA's Ignite portal if you have a Premiere+ subscription.
In order to make this work smoothly, we would recommend following the below steps in order to make the listing match correctly between REA and Aro.
- Create a listing in ARO and moves it to "Pending" stage
- Create a Coming Soon listing in Ignite. (Copy the address over from the pending listing)
- Enter the Coming Soon ID from REA into Aro on the websites tab against the pending listing.
- Click on the Coming Soon button against the realestate.com.au feed
- Enter the ID into field shown
- Click Save and you are done, any enquiries against this listing on REA, should now be matched against this pending listing and show as a lead for the listing consultant
N.B. incoming leads are created for the primary listing consultant only
- When the listing is ready to be published live on REA, make the listing available in ARO, which will push the listing to REA and any other active portals
- REA will address match the new on-market listing with Coming Soon listings in the account, and if a match is found, assign the on-market listing the same REA listing ID as the Coming Soon listing
- Once matched, REA will automatically expire the Ignite Coming Soon listing
It is critical that the address matches EXACTLY including the street type i.e Street not St. If this isn't done, the incoming leads won't match to the pending listing and may not match to the Coming Soon listing when it is made available in Aro
Incoming leads from Coming Soon listings will have a special lead tag created - "REA Coming Soon", so you will be able to identify any leads processed prior to the listing going live.
