Email campaigns do not support file attachments, but you can include a link to a PDF in your campaign content.
Open the listing in Arosoftware (web).
Go to the Documents tab for that listing.
Upload the PDF file.
After upload, locate the file in the Documents list and copy the file link / URL (there is a “copy link” action icon).
Open your Email Campaign and edit the campaign content.
In a text section, highlight the text you want to turn into the link (eg. “Download the inspection report”).
Paste the URL or use the editor’s Insert Link control to add the copied link to selected text.
Save the content and send a test email to yourself to confirm the link opens the PDF correctly
Open Media Manager. (under the setup cog)
Upload the PDF to Media Manager in the folder you'd like to store it under.
Edit your Email Campaign.
In a text section, highlight the text you want to turn into the link (eg. “Download the inspection report”).
Click on the editor’s Insert Link icon, and click on the browse icon to the right of the URL.
This opens the Media Manger ( may require you to enter login credentials again)
Select the document you'd like to link to, update the Text to display, Title, and choose to open the link in current or new window.
Save and send a test to verify the PDF loads for recipients.
Use clear anchor text (e.g., Download property brochure (PDF)) rather than pasting a long raw URL.
Always test the link by sending a preview to yourself and opening the PDF on desktop and mobile.
