Can I edit a proposal once its been accepted?

Once a proposal has been accepted, it becomes locked and can no longer be edited.

If you need to make changes, you will need to revert the proposal back to either Draft or Live status. After making your updates, you can then manually mark as Accepted again to restore its accepted state.

How to change the proposal back to an editable status

  1. Go to Convert > Proposals.

  2. Click the Edit (pencil) icon on the proposal you want to update.

  3. In the top-right corner, click on the status to open the Proposal Status dropdown.

  4. Select Draft or Live.

  5. Make your required changes.

  6. Open the Proposal Status dropdown again and set it back to Accepted.

Notes

  • Changing the status does not send any automatic notifications to the vendor.

  • Proposals can only be edited while in Draft or Live status.

  • Accepted, Declined, and Expired proposals remain read-only until their status is changed.
