Call a Contact from the Aro Mobile App

You can call contacts directly from the Arosoftware mobile app using your phone’s standard calling function.

How to make a call

1. Search for and open the contact.

2. Tap the Phone icon.

3. The Log Call screen will open and a pop-up will appear.

4. Select Phone Number to proceed, or Cancel to exit.

5. When the call ends, record the call outcome and add any notes.

6. Tap Save.

Other ways to start a call

You can also initiate a call from any screen where the contact name appears with a Call Phone icon, including:

• Leads

• Inspections
