Why is my headshot not showing on Re.com.au and other portals ?

Arosoftware does not send your profile text or headshot image to portals like re.com.au and other external websites. You will need to log into Agent admin or the portals admin section and add your headshot update your profile itself 

If you have a website with Arosoftware you can update that information in the software on your team members page
