Assign a suburb to a region

Suburbs can be grouped into regions so listings on your website can be filtered or displayed by area. To assign a suburb to a region, follow these steps:

Steps to Assign a Suburb to a Region

  1. Log in to AroSoftware database.

  2. Go to Setup page, Click Region.

  3. Find the Region you want to edit.

  4. Click pencil icon to Edit next to the region.

  5. In the edit Region page, select the region you want the suburb to belong to.

  6. Click Save.

If the Region Doesn’t Exist Yet

You may need to create it first:

  1. Go to Admin → Regions.

  2. Click Add New Region.

  3. Enter the region name (e.g., North, Coastal, City Centre).

  4. Save, then go back and assign the suburb to that region.
