Archived/Deleted property is not coming off the websites?
Question: I marked a listing withdrawn but it didn't come off the websites. I then made it Archived and it still didn't remove?
Answer: If you archived a listing immediately after clicking withdrawal the
website update function will have been stopped, you should wait 5
minutes between withdrawing and archiving to allow the website updates
to process.
If a property hasn't come off the website after
marking it withdrawn, archiving it will not make it come off, as
mentioned it actually disables the update process.
In the first
instance, you should view the listing and in the Websites tab and click "UPDATE ALL" again (photo below).
