Archive / Delete A Team Member
This file will guide you through archiving a team member that is no longer employed with your company.
Any archived member will be found in the Past Member section. Team members cannot be deleted, only archived.
If you choose to archive a team member, the system will prompt you to transfer any listings, leads, contacts or properties that are assigned to a new team member prior to allowing you to archive them.
Note: Archived team members can be reinstated if necessary but not any contacts, leads, listings or properties that were previously assigned to them.
To archive a team member, follow these steps:
- Go to the Setup Menu and click on the sub menu > Team Members
- A list of your team members will now be displayed
- On the right-hand side of the page for that Team Member, you will see the Edit Pen and Ellipsis (3 Dots) icons
- Click on the Ellipsis Icon
- To archive the team member, click on the archive icon
- When you click the archive option, you will be asked to confirm and then be prompted to assign any contacts, leads, listings or properties to another team member
Please make sure you are not logged in as the user you are trying to archive!
