If you no longer wish to use a KPI, the process to remove it is to archive it. This way, if you ever would like to use that KPI in the future, it is possible to reinstate.

How to Archive a KPI

• Navigate to the KPI page
  
• This will show you a list of your KPI's
  
• To archive a KPI, click on the Archive Icon in the actions column for that KPI

1. You will see an Archive KPI pop up confirmation. Click Yes to continue
