Adding Social Media Icons to your Design (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc)
This guide will help you to add Social Media icons to your design.
How to Add Social Media Icons
Click into the Elements tab on the left/ Drag and drop the Social button into place in your email design on the right.
Once the icons are in your email, you can then edit them on the left. The social media URLs are linked to your Agency and Office in the software. Any social media URL's that are present in your database will be pulled through and will appear in the dropdown:
Update your Social Media URLs in your Agency and/or Office so that they pull through to your email design (and can also show in the footer of your Arosoftware website). To add your social media profiles, click into the Settings Cog in the top right of your database to open the Setup Menu. Click on Agencies and Offices. To update the Agency, click on the edit pen to the right of the Agency (to update the Office, click into the Agency first and then on the Edit pen next to the Office). Click into the Contact Details tab, and then on the Add Other Details button. Select the website in the dropdown on the left and then enter the URL for your profile page on that site in the details box.
On the left you can then edit the size of the icons, the alignment in the column, change the colour of the icons and the shape to suit your email style.
