The email bcc module will only read emails that you send to your unique bcc email address if the email address that the email is sent from is included in your "Safe emails" list. This prevents our software from reading spam emails and clogging up your database.

Add a new safe email

• Click on your headshot in the top right corner of the software
  
• Click "My Settings"
  
• Click on the "Email Bcc" tab and scroll down to "Safe Emails"
  
• Click the + icon and enter the new safe email
  
• Click "Save"
