This article will guide you through how to add a Listing Layout to your Email design, and how to select the listings to include.

Click into the Listings tab in the Email Designer.

Scroll through the Layouts to find the right fit for your design. 

You can use the Search bar at the top to search for your favourite listing layout, or click on the filter button to view the listing layout tags and narrow down your search. Click on the Magnifying glass or on the listing tile to view a preview of the layout.

You can "Favourite" Listing Layouts by clicking on the star - these will then be saved in your Favourites at the top to make them easier to find later.

Drag and drop your chosen layout into place in your Email Design on the left.

Once the layout is in place in your design, you will see you have 2 selection mode options on the left: Manual or Search.

If you would like to select specific listings for your layout, leave this as Manual and clic on the Add Listing button. If you would prefer to do a search of listing (to include all your most recent Available listings for example) click on the Search option.

Manual - click on Add Listing and then search for an select the listing/listings you would like to include. You can use the filter button on the right of the search bar to narrow down to one or mulitple listing stages:

Close this box by clicking on the cross in the top right once all listings have been selected.

You can rearrange the listing order by dragging and dropping the listings on the left:

Search - Click on Search and you can then amend the listings that are to be included. You can select a certain Listing Stage, Property Type, a certain Team member's listings:

You can also re-sort the listings into a different order, and select how many listings should be shown for this layout.

You can use the Switch Layout button to change the Listing Layout without losing the listings you have already selected.
