From the main menu, select Prospects.
Navigate to Proposal Settings > Marketing > Items.
Click the Add Item button in the sidebar.
Complete the item details:
Name – the name of the marketing item.
Cost – optional, the price to display in the proposal. Toggle the Free item if there is no cost.
Description – a brief explanation of what’s included.
Notes - Add any notes
Upload Image - Upload an image for your marketing item.
Visible to everyone - Mark this is you'd like this item to be available for other Proposal users to include in their proposals.
Click Save to add the item to your proposal setting options.
From the main menu, select Prospects.
Navigate to Proposal Settings > Marketing > Items.
Find the item you want to edit or delete in the list.
To edit an item:
Click the Edit icon next to the item.
Update the details (name, description, cost, etc.).
Click Save to apply the changes.
To delete an item:
Click the Delete icon next to the item.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
The item will be permanently removed from the proposal options.
