Adding/Editing a new Proposals Marketing Item?

Proposals Marketing items allow you to customise the inclusions displayed in your proposal market quote, such as professional photography, signboards, copy-writing, videography, real estate listing portals, and more. You can add new items or update existing ones to ensure your proposals reflect the services you offer.

How to Add a New Marketing Item

  1. From the main menu, select Prospects.

  2. Navigate to Proposal Settings > Marketing > Items.

  3. Click the Add Item button in the sidebar.

  4. Complete the item details:

    • Name – the name of the marketing item.

    • Cost – optional, the price to display in the proposal. Toggle the Free item if there is no cost.

    • Description – a brief explanation of what’s included.

    • Notes - Add any notes 

    • Upload Image - Upload an image for your marketing item.

    • Visible to everyone - Mark this is you'd like this item to be available for other Proposal users to include in their proposals.

  5. Click Save to add the item to your proposal setting options.



Editing or Deleting Existing Marketing Items

  1. From the main menu, select Prospects.

  2. Navigate to Proposal Settings > Marketing > Items.

  3. Find the item you want to edit or delete in the list.

  4. To edit an item:

    • Click the Edit icon next to the item.

    • Update the details (name, description, cost, etc.).

    • Click Save to apply the changes.

  5. To delete an item:

    • Click the Delete icon next to the item.

    • Confirm the deletion when prompted.

    • The item will be permanently removed from the proposal options.
