This article will guide you through creating additional or editing existing contact classifications within your database.
Contact classifications are additional fields that can be used in conjunction with the search functions in the software to give your clients a scale of relevance.
For example:
- A = Client is ready to buy or sell now
- B = Client is ready to buy or sell in 3 - 6 months
- C = Client is ready to buy or sell in 6 - 12 months
You can keep the default A, B, C contact classification names or edit them to create more personalized classifications tailored to your business.
Adding Contact Classification
- Go to the "Set Up" menu
- Click on "Contact Classifications"
- Click "Add Classification"
- Enter the name of the classification
- Click "Save Classification"
Edit Existing Contact Classifications
- Go to the "Set Up" menu
- Click on "Contact Classifications"
- Click on the edit icon
- Enter the name of the classification
- Click "Save Classification"
