Any fields with an asterisk are required fields and must be completed before you will be able to save the form
When adding a new contact in Aro, the software does a search of existing contacts using the contact number and email address that you enter. If a match is found the below warning will appear:
The contact that has been matched will appear beneath the warning, showing you their details.
In this situation there are two options:
- This is a correct match - To go to the existing contact, click on their profile beneath the warning.
- This is not a duplicate - To add this contact as new, continue entering their details and click on the green save button at the bottom of the screen.
