Add Testimonial

This file will guide you through adding a Testimonial so it can appear on your agency website or be used in email campaigns.
  • Go to Setup Cog in top right of home screen
  • Select Testimonials

If the testimonial option is not available on the Setup page you do not have permission to access this function in the software, please contact your manager
  • Click on + Add Testimonial Button

Required information is shown by Asterisk * beside the field name
  1. Star Rating - Out of 5
  2. Published - You can toggle off this option to not display this testimonial on your website
  3. Contact name* - This can be types or you can search for a contact to link the testimonial
  4. Title* - Testimonial Title
  5. Testimonial text*
  6. Date* - This defaults to today's date but you can select another date
  7. Image - Upload a JPG image to display
  8. Video URL - Add link to YouTube or Vimeo video Note: you will need to upload an image to link the video to
  9. Consultant* - Defaults to the logged in user, you can add multiple team members here so the testimonial will show on their website profile page
  10. Listing - Select a listing the testimonial relates to, the link and photo can display on the website testimonial page
  11. Office - If you want to link the testimonial to a specific office
  12. Category - Assigning to a category can help filter testimonials in search and on your website
  13. Source Platform - Selecting a source will display the platform icon and name on the website testimonial page
  14. Save

Testimonials will only show on the agency website if the Testimonial modules have been added
