Add a Private Inspection in the Aro Mobile App

This article will show you how to record a Private Inspection on a listing in the Arosoftware mobile app.

Private Inspection

  1. On the dashboard, click on listings to navigate to the listings section
  2. Select the listing that you wish to add the private inspection for.
  3. Click on the "+" icon and choose Private inspection.
  4. Search for the contact you want to add the inspection for. If you can't find the contact, click on "+ New Contact" to add a new contact.

  5. On the "Add New Private Inspection" screen, you can optionally specify the interest level of the contact in the property being inspected.

  6. You can also provide price feedback by clicking on the toggle to display the field and entering the price feedback amount.

  7. Add any notes related to the inspection in the "Notes" section.

  8. You can choose whether the inspection details will be visible to the vendor on the live inspection report by toggling the "Visible to vendor" option.

  9. Click Save ( in top right)
