Add a KPI for the office or Specific User/s
This file will help guide you setting up your KPI's for your office and for Individuals
Depending on what you choose will also change the relevant fields associated with that type of KPI.
- Log in the software
- Go to the Reports menu
- Click on the KPI's tab
- You will now have the option to Select an Office or Specific Team Member
The fields will change depending on what you choose to do. If you choose an Office then the next field will ask you what office this is for etc.
- Once you have chosen the mandatory Items in the checklist then you can now start to add your target by clicking the "Add Targets" + button
- Select the Type of target you wish to use
- Listing
- Contacts
- Commissions
- If you choose Listings the relevant listing types will come up and then all you need to do is give it a target
Here is an example of a KPI done on a Team member for the month. For this example, we have chosen:
- Available Listings
- Settled
- Gross Commission
- Calls
- Emails Sent
- I can also set up Alerts to relevant staff to be notified when a target has been achieved or a target is not likely to be achieved by simply choosing an alert threshold. I can notify anyone that is a full team member in the database
- Once you have completed your set up and click the Submit button
These alerts are set to be sent via Email as default, but can be changed if need be for a Group of staff members as a whole or on each individual team member in the Permissions section
- You can choose to do as many KPI's as you like for an individual and an office
- You can view a report on the KPI by pressing the report button shown below

Only clients with the Essential Package automatically get Reports & Kpi's. Should you be an Arolite user and wish to just take the KPI module you will need to take the Reports module as they are combined. Please contact
