Add a Call Log ( Communication) against a lead in the Aro Mobile App

Follow these steps to add a Call Log (Communication) against a lead in the Arosoftware mobile app:
  1. On the Lead Details page, tap the FAB (+ button) in the bottom-right corner.

  2. Select Log Call.

  3. The Log Call – Lead page will open, automatically loading the contact and any linked listing details.

  4. Under Direction, choose either Incoming or Outgoing.

    • If you select Outgoing, an additional Call Outcome field will appear. Choose from:
      Connected | No Answer | Wrong Number | Left message with person | Left voicemail

  5. Enter your Notes describing the call.

  6. Tap the Log Call button or Save (top right) to record the call log against your lead.
