On the Lead Details page, tap the FAB (+ button) in the bottom-right corner.
Select Log Call.
The Log Call – Lead page will open, automatically loading the contact and any linked listing details.
Under Direction, choose either Incoming or Outgoing.
If you select Outgoing, an additional Call Outcome field will appear. Choose from:
Connected | No Answer | Wrong Number | Left message with person | Left voicemail
Enter your Notes describing the call.
Tap the Log Call button or Save (top right) to record the call log against your lead.
