Arosoftware is compatible with the latest versions of Google Chrome and Firefox. Other browsers are not officially supported and you may experience issues if you choose to use them
You will need your username and password that has been provided to you. If you have forgotten your password, please use the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link.
The Arosoftware mobile app is available for both Apple users, and can be found on the App Store and the Google Play Store. Or you can search for ‘Arosoftware’ in your storefront.
To log into the Aro mobile app, you will use the same username and password that you use to sign into Arosoftware on your computer.
The additional piece of information that you will need is your office code. You can this by looking at the URL when you are logged into Arosoftware on your computer

Once you have successfully logged into the Aro mobile app, you can set a PIN to easily login in the future.
To do this, click on the main menu icon
Then select ‘Settings’
And then click ‘Security’
Click PIN to enter your PIN (you will be asked to re-enter this to confirm).
Once set, the next time you login to the Aro app, you will just need to enter your PIN.
There are a number of important differences between the desktop version and the Aro mobile app. These two platforms are designed to work in conjunction with each other, and one does not replace the other.
In the Aro mobile app you can;
Add new contacts to your database
Log calls and make notes against your contacts
Register attendees for OFI’s and inspections
