Accessing the Software

Using the software on a desktop or laptop

Arosoftware is compatible with the latest versions of Google Chrome and Firefox. Other browsers are not officially supported and you may experience issues if you choose to use them
  1. To login to Arosoftware, please use the URL specific to your database (It will look like this; https://YOUROFFICECODE.admin.arosoftware.com)
  2. You will need your username and password that has been provided to you. If you have forgotten your password, please use the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link

Your password needs to be at least a minimum of 8 characters with a combination of letters and numbers.
However, we strongly recommend using a unique password that isn’t used on any other platform and encourage you to create a longer password that includes letters, numbers, and at least one special character for added security.
2 factor login authentication is not supported.

Using the Software via our mobile app

The Arosoftware mobile app is available for both Apple users, and can be found on the App Store and the Google Play Store (alternatively, you can search for ‘Arosoftware’ in your storefront).
Once you have successfully logged into the Aro mobile app, you can set a PIN to easily login in the future.

Differences between the desktop version & the mobile app

There are a number of important differences between the desktop version and the Aro mobile app.

These two platforms are designed to work in conjunction with each other, and one does not replace the other and offer different functionalities 
The desktop version is where a user goes to use the full suite of CRM and website tools, while the Aro mobile app has been designed to allow a salesperson to access and update key information while they are on the go.
