A listing is showing on 3rd party websites in the sold section and the owner asked us to remove it. How do we do this?

A listing is showing on 3rd party websites in the sold section and the owner asked us to remove it. How do we do this?

  1. In the search for the listing in the Quick Search Bar

  1. You will need to use the progress bar and click on Withdrawn
  2. You will be prompted to confirm this action
  1. The listing will be removed from all sites that are in the active websites list

If you have Auto Uploads Enabled then your listing will update any websites you have activated on that property automatically. If you don't then you need to click the Websites Tab and update the necessary portals manually
  1. Go to the "Websites" tab and click on "Activate" button for the appropriate website's
  2. Click Update
